Want to have FUN exercising? Zumba is driven by spicy Latin rhythms, inspiring easy to follow intervals of traditional Latin dance routines. Certified fitness instructor Rhonda Fentry feels that everyone is entitled to reap the benefits of a regular exercise program. She’ll lead a Zumba class that can burn up to 800 calories. Come for the workout, stay for the party!
